Based in Summit, NJ I am available for private, semi-private, group and corporate classes both virtually and in person.

I discovered yoga in my mid-twenties while living in NYC working in the financial industry. Yoga was a way to decompress, serving as a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city and the corporate world. As I began running half marathons and full marathons I found yoga to be integral to my training regime. From there, a great appreciation for the transformative powers of yoga bloomed. 

 

I completed my 200 hour training with Yoga Spark in Tribeca, New York City. With an intense focus on my training and my personal journey, my path to becoming a yoga teacher evolved from a focus on refining my physical practice into something so much greater, so much deeper. I am forever thankful for my teachers who showed me how expansive and all encompassing yoga is. Yoga is everywhere, all around us and in our hearts every day. 

 

I aim to create an inclusive environment; yoga is for everybody and every body. Whether I am leading an athletic and powerful class or a calming slow flow, my hope is that you will find yourself inspired to work hard and challenge yourself and to also feel comfortable enough to tune into what you need on any given day, taking modifications as necessary.

My two kids – my ultimate teachers - inspire me every day to slow down, to be truly present and appreciate the transitions in life for it is in the small every day moments that life happens. 

 

I am passionate about spreading my love for fitness and movement to others, encouraging and inspiring others to work to their highest potential both on and off the mat.
